We help you work through product choices and design details, then place the order after you approve the final invoice. Here’s what to expect along the way.

1. Tell us about the project.
Contact us with the room you’re working on, your priorities and any plans or measurements you have. If you need a contractor or installer, we can provide contact information. We do not sell installation services.
Keep a clear selection record.
For each item, note the supplier, collection, color, finish and size. Bring those details to the design review so that visually similar products do not get confused. The final invoice is the record to check before we place the order.

We discuss which products work for your needs and budget, then put together a preliminary design. Bring existing finishes and inspiration photos so the choices can be considered together.
3. Finalize the details.
Schedule a consultation and work with us to finalize project measurements and the design. Review the selections and order details before moving forward.
4. Approve and pay before ordering.
You sign off on the official invoice and pay before we place your order. This is the point to confirm product details, quantities and the scope included in the invoice.
5. Arrange pickup or delivery.
We order your products and contact you when they arrive to schedule a pickup or delivery time. Coordinate installation separately with your chosen professional.
